On behalf of myself and the entire team of employees and co-workers, I would like to invite you to the all-year-round Balturia – Fitness & SPA facility surrounded with greenery and located at Królewska 15 in Jastrzębia Góra – 400 m away from the sea and 200 m from the town centre.
For 20 years, we have been specialising in organisation of recreation and fitness holidays with slimming and cosmetic programmes. The facility has undergone full refurbishment in 2011. The “new” location has served us for 5 years now, previously the company was located at the currently non-existing Wesoła street (now Pendereckiego) for several years. We offer comfortable and nicely decorated rooms, a spacious cafe with a dancefloor, a dining room where we serve diet and vegetarian foods, a large fitness room and numerous cosy treatment rooms.
The holidays are organised in 7-14-21 day series. Each stay lasts from Saturday to Saturday. Sports classes and treatments are held every day (except for Saturdays). Upon arriving, our guests have an appointment with a doctor who performs an initial check-up and qualifies each guest for an appropriate type of treatment. This is followed by individual treatment planning and organisational meeting where issues related to sports classes, diet types, etc. are discussed.
The sports programme starts on Sunday morning. The daily timetable is divided into two parts: fitness classes are held from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and treatments are held from 3.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
Each week, we organise various meetings and lectures: social meetings, feasts by the bonfire, “slimming” disco dancing, lectures from cosmetology, diet, food technology and make-up specialists, etc.
